Zofingen 5000 – the fastest 5km in Aargau

On a 5-lap circuit along the city walls of Zofingen, you can give it your all.
The route runs along General-Guisan Strasse on a flat, tarmac surface. No elevation gain and a firm surface – ideal conditions to break your personal 5 km running record!
But not only ambitious runners will enjoy this course. The running route is suitable for everyone and guarantees a lot of fun for all levels. The course length for young runners is 2km.
With the Zofingen 5000, the Zofingen city run celebrates a comeback of sorts, not in the old town of Zofingen, but on the most beautiful avenue in the heart of the Mittelland. There are plans to include the Zofingen 5000 Run in the AZ Gold Run series in 2026. Sign up, preferably right now!
